No Regret No Regret Wallpaper question

Hey guys! I'm new here, and No Remorse and No Regret were two of my favorite PC games when I was a kid. Because they aren't compatible with Windows XP or higher, all I'm able to play are my Sega Saturn copy of No Remorse, but I revisited this series recently. Man, it was great! I can't believe they canned it after just two games! Anyway, I got a question about this wallpaper I saw on this site:

It says it's an official wallpaper, but I never saw this wallpaper before, not even back when I first played it. Who's the woman clinging to the Captain's leg?

Actually I have downloaded that wallpaper a very long long time ago. I think it is official. I can't remember where I got it, but I think I got it from the official crusader site while it still existed. It also had a theme pack to customize windows with (including a startup and shutting down screen).
