This place looks pretty empty.  Might as well fill it with something...

Silencer...in the World of Darkness.  (Note: most abilities are rated 1 to 5, with 5 being absolute peak of human maximum; Olympian-level athleticism, for example.  Some Merits don't have ratings up 5.  Some traits, such as Morality and Willpower, are rated to 10; others, such as Speed and Initiative, don't really have an upper limit.)

*There are probably more "available at character creation only" merits here than a character would have points for; this represents the unusual upbringing and probable genetic/cybernetic twiddling with the Silencer's capabilities.
**"No Sign Of Forced Entry".  That is, figuring out ways to enter someplace or unlock something without forcing locks or drilling through safes.
***False Memories (new flaw): Similar to amnesia, false memories reflect an inability for you to remember what actually happened in your life past a certain point--whether this begins from a few months ago or simply covers your childhood.  The DM
****Inhuman (new trait): Whether through a genetic quirk, sorry upbringing, or monstrous acts, your conscience is all but inaudible: "A beast you are, lest a beast you become."  However, your mind is...well, not well-adjusted, but conditioned to doing even vile acts.  You do not gain derangements from losing Morality, but you may never roll more than two dice on a degeneration roll.
